We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for researching the market, analysing sales data and building relationships with customers across allocated geographic regions in the UK. You are expected to develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sales process, improve customer satisfaction and ensure that an organisation achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the training of sales agents and assisting them in the region where they are responsible.

Skills:
- A successful Regional Sales Manager will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that include:
- Experience with measuring and analysing key performance indicators
- Leadership and motivational skills to manage the team of Sales Representatives
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools
- Ability to work with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in any other Eastern European language.
Experience requirements:
Candidate can be trained on the job.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £33,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
