Our fast growing company with office in Richmond requires a keen and enthusiastic Russian Speaking Secretary to provide all-round secretarial and administrative support for our small but friendly team.

Monday – Friday
Salary: 21 000 +


¥ Translations from Russian to English and vice versa (oral and written) in order to support both offices in London and abroad;
¥ General office duties - including answering telephones directing calls, emails, filing, post, ordering couriers, taking deliveries, ordering office supplies, snacks and drinks, etc.;
¥ Manage expenses and invoices;
¥ Keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing completion monies;
¥ Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, sales paperwork and computer-based information;
¥ Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required;
¥ Diary management;
¥ Sorting out bookings and organizing travel for staff when required, give a hand with logistics;
¥ Assisting sales team members;
¥ Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
¥ Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:

¥ Excellent English and Russian (oral and written);
¥ Must have previous experience in an administrative role; 
¥ Attention to detail;
¥ Strong organizational, communication skills;
¥ Must have a calm manner & professional attitude;
¥ The ability to plan your own work on your own initiative and meet deadlines;
¥ Manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload.
