As an Office assistant in a busy Letting Agency, you will be at the heart of the business and quite often the first point of contact for clients. The candidate should take pride in customer service and have a proactive, positive, can do attitude.

Responsibilities in the role will include the following:

Dealing with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Managing property utility accounts and other accounts.
Preparing tenancy Agreements.
Learning about and keeping up-to-date with all legal aspects associated with the property industry.
Canvassing for new properties including by telephone and letter drop
Office management and filing
Renewal of tenant contracts
Keeping databases up-to-date
Required personal skill required:

Honest and ethical
Good people skills and customer service.
Good telephone skills
Good attention to detail.
Punctual and reliable.
Good mathematical skills.
Organised. Proactive.
Good computer skills with Office applications (especially Excel)
Office based role: Monday to Friday 9.30am-6pm. Saturday 10:30am-5pm With 1 hour lunch break.

Some office experience required. Training will be provided.

The ideal candidate must agree to work some Saturdays (rotation system, taking a day of that week off).
