2. If you successfully pass the interview, you will be placed on our list and offered jobs depending on bookings. Usually dates and times are known in advance, but sometimes they can be at short notice.
3. If you accept a job, you must arrive on time and do the cleaning thoroughly and efficiently - this means to a 5-star level but without wasting time. Sometimes there will be only a few hours to clean the property before the next booking - in such cases you may need to work with another person to get the job done faster.
4. If you do not accept the job, another person will take it. You will have the opportunity to accept a job on a different day. The more jobs you accept and do well, the more jobs you will be offered in future.
5. After each job you will send an invoice for the number of hours worked, and will then get paid.
Terms:
Pay: £11 per hour.
Equipment and cleaning chemicals to be provided, but you need to specify to the property manager which ones you need.
You will be self-employed.

- Bubble wrapping items or packing them into plastic bags
- Boxing items
- Creating shipment plans via an online system
- Printing box labels
- Arranging carrier collection
- Admin work (eg scanning invoices)
- Keeping the premises tidy
To be successful at this job, you must:
- Be very quick and efficient (no time wasting)
- Speak, read and write good English
- Be able to lift heavy boxes
- Be able to use a computer
- Have a positive and can-do attitude, taking the initiative
Terms
- Training provided
- Days: Monday - Friday, occasionally weekends.
- Hours: flexible but generally 7am to 4pm.
- You will be self-employed.
- Pay: £8 per hour
- Immediate start. There will be up to 3 days unpaid training period where you will be shadowing existing members of the team and learning the processes. If you pass the training, you will then start with paid work.

The applicant will be expected to provide all-round good customer service whilst also being able to log information into the system follow that information up and close the issues in the most efficent way possible. You must have a passion for helping people out and be a dedicated problem solver at heart.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
-Logging emails, calls, texts and other information into databases
-Communicating with contractors assigning them jobs and making sure they finish their assigned jobs within the allocated time
-Carrying out property inspections and filling in reports in the system
-Registering and managing utility accounts
-Licencing applications
-Compliance checks of paperwork that comes from front end staff and logging them onto the system
-Forwarding of letters to the bookkeeper
-Filling maintenance contractor financial reports per property
-Reporting to the branch manager directly and via reports
Essential requirements:
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Punctual and organised
-Minimum 1 year working in a customer service based position or as a -Property manager/maintenance administrator.
-Full Driving license
-Own vehicle (Car allowance given)
