Reporting to the general Manager, the Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of running the kitchen.
The Head Chef must have a strong understanding of the full kitchen, front and back of the house procedures.

- P&L knowledge;
- Ordering control;
- H&S trained.
We are looking for a hands on Head Chef who has at least 3 years of experience as in a fresh food fast pace environment as a senior sous or head chef.
Have a passion and to deliver excellent service throughout the kitchen.
