Beauty Lounge Green is a beauty salon located in London-Canning Town. We offer a wide range of treatments and products, and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Salon Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Salon Receptionist plays a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and maintaining the salon s reputation. This role requires not only exceptional customer service skills but also the ability to manage salon bookings, handle inquiries with professionalism, and actively contribute to our social media presence. Preferable working days and hours: Thursday 10 am - 8 pm, Friday 10 am - 7 pm, Saturday 9 am - 6 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet clients and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
-Handle phone calls and bookings, providing clients with information on services and products.
-Maintain tidy and welcoming salon environment, organising smooth service delivery to clients.
-Take an active role in content creation for our social media platforms, including capturing before-and-after transformations and promoting salon specials.
-Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the beauty industry or a related field.
-Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
-Proficiency in using social media platforms, with a knack for creating engaging content.
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
