Business Sales Executive Tourism Sector
We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Executive with a strong background in international tourism to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the expansion of our B2B partnerships, manage key accounts, and drive sales across European and CIS markets.
This is a client-facing role that requires fluent Russian and professional-level communication skills in English, Spanish, Italian, and French. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building long-term relationships with international travel agencies and corporate clients, and helping shape our commercial strategy
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies in the tourism and travel services sector, particularly across Europe and CIS regions.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with tour operators, corporate travel departments, and agencies.
Manage a portfolio of corporate and wholesale accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Attend international tourism trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company s services.
Provide tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients in multiple languages.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance metrics using CRM systems.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years experience in business development or sales within the international tourism industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B travel or tourism.
Strong understanding of inbound/outbound tourism trends, particularly in European and Russian-speaking markets.
Experience working with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, and/or tour operators internationally.
