Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide critical administrative support to our property management team, ensuring timely bill payments, managing office tasks, and helping maintain a high standard of service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Process and monitor property-related bill payments, ensuring all invoices are paid promptly.
Provide administrative support for property management activities, such as arranging inspections, coordinating repairs, and updating tenant records.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions, property files, and other documentation.
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist with general office duties and supporting team projects.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work independently
