Job Description:
We are looking for a site foreman to work on site, preforming team management within the retail refit environment, working with largest of UK retailers ensuring works are done to the standards of the client and compliant to regulations.
Night shifts and negotiable shift rate / 50-60k annual salary
Temp into Permanent Contract

What we are looking for:
Is organised and confident managing site paperwork and documentation.
Has a strong understanding of health & safety (RAMS, permits, etc).
Is experienced working with tools.
Can confidently communicate and manage subcontractors and site activities independently (Multi Trade Management).
Is proficient with technology and digital systems (Site Audit Pro).
Can audit site to ensure works are done in a qualitative and compliant manner as to the program of works.
Can appropriately report/escalate issues present on site.
Has retail fit-out/refurbishment experience.
Ideally has a carpentry/joinery background.

Qualifications/Certifications Requirements:
SMSTS / SSSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid
IPAF (preferably, 3a 3b)
Fire Marshal
Temporary works Coordinator
Asbestos awareness
Face Fit Test

If any additional qualifications are required, Mac Gyver will cover course expenses.

Additional Requirements:
Personal vehicle (Car/Van)
Personal tools and equipment
Must be proficient in English
Ideally can speak Russian
Willing to work Night Shifts

50-60K annual salary
