Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Assistant (English/Russian) for both professional and personal tasks. Excellent English is required or ideally an English person with the knowledge of Russian language. Ideal candidates should have strong organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing schedules, travel arrangements, event planning and confidential documents. Candidates with a background in law or finance are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage professional and personal scheduling including travel and meetings.
2. Handle all correspondence and confidential documents.
3. Provide translation services for both written and spoken language (English to Russian and vice versa).
4. Assist with financial and legal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a personal assistant or related role.
2. Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
5. Understanding of basic legal and financial principles is a plus.

Education:

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferred.
