The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone finishing their degree who wants to build a career in operations, logistics, and business management. You ll be at the heart of the business, coordinating the people, vehicles, and schedules that make every job happen.
What You ll Do
Coordinate daily moving and storage jobs from start to finish
Plan driver schedules and routes across London and the wider UK
Assign drivers based on location, availability, van size, job type, and workload
Communicate clearly with drivers and internal teams throughout the day
Manage last-minute changes, delays, cancellations, and operational issues
Work with tools such as Google Calendar, Slack, Tookan, and our warehouse platforms
Build strong, trusting relationships with drivers and operational partners
What We re Looking For
Higher education completed or currently in progress
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Russian language is a plus, but not required.
