Salary: From £35,000/year + bonuses

Monolith (UK) LTD is a top distributor of Eastern European food and drinks in the UK. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our customer base.

What you ll do:
-Support and guide sales reps
-Help plan and reach sales targets
-Work closely with customers and stores
-Review sales data and performance
-Train and support team members

What we re looking for:
-Experience in sales or customer service
-Good communication and leadership skills
-Russian or another Eastern European language
-Driving licence.
