We are a London-based multifamily office company providing high-level services for private clients. We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Lifestyle & Travel Manager (Travel Consultant), based in London, to join our team.

Duties:

Organising bookings (travel, restaurants, events, lifestyle services).
Creating personalised travel itineraries in the popular destinations.
Executing personal requests from clients.
Managing lifestyle projects from daily matters to international travel arrangements.
Coordinating tasks with partners and service providers.
Following through on client requests from start to completion.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, concierge, or personal assistant field is a must.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Experience in client service / administrative support / event or lifestyle management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in non-standard situations.
Experience with Global Distribution Systems (e. g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple bookings and client needs.
Proficiency in Canva: Experience in creating visually appealing guides and marketing materials using Canva. Ability to design engaging event brochures, itineraries, and promotional content that reflect our brand's vision.
